Video games can benefit children if they play the right games and parents monitor them. However, children should be banned from playing violent video games. There are many negative effects. Our findings are based on games that are recent. Firstly, we found out that there have been many cases that violent games caused suicides and self harm. The number are shocking and its from different parts of the world. Secondly, it can cause addiction and isolation. Children can’t stop playing those games and they don’t socialise as much with others in real life. Finally, studies have found that the more children play violent video games the more they are aggressive.
